We like to interact heavily with the participants because we do not force things down the throat. We want, interaction.
Interaction is the best way to discover and expand ideas and explore new options. Challenging old ideas and boundaries is KEY in China's quest for Olympic gold.
This is an attitude many successful nations and people share.
Yesterday I discovered, cues need to be eliminated before a new cue can be put into place.
I told an athlete to smash his ankles into the bar. Just a cue ok? Then I told him another cue to get a less curvy second pull. He was confused but when I said "old cue out the window", he managed to get it better.
Most brains seem to have a little... Neural stimulus leftover or something and when one says old cue out the windows, it seems to help them flush out and get new cues in which help learning.
Tip for the coaches. Tell us how it goes!
